BUYER AGENTS

The Bowden Group, headed by Rod Bowden, a Realtor with RE/MAX, is assembling a team of like minded professionals whose aim is to become one of the most respected and successful real estate teams in Virginia.  In my 4th year as a Realtor, I personally closed almost 40 transactions in 2009.  In 2010, with the help of the right Buyer Specialist(s), we plan to close more than 75 transactions. 

Our territories are Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Prince William Counties and we have furnished office space in both Fredericksburg and Woodbridge.  We are looking for one Buyer Specialist for each office. 

You are a full time Realtor and your license will be held by RE/MAX Bravo.  You will be a member of The Bowden Group which will support you and guarantee your success.   You are not alone; we will help you to be successful.  As a team member, you will close more business faster because we provide you with the leads and administrative support to process transactions.  

We know our system works, and we will help you be successful closing more business than the average Realtor with many years more experience.  According to the 2009 NAR member profile, 64% of all Realtors do less than 10 transactions per year.  And 49% of all Realtors make less than $35,000 per year. 

 

As a member of the Bowden Group, I guarantee that you will close at least 12 transactions in 2010.

 

We receive 10 to 20 warm Buyer leads with phone numbers each day.  Our Customer Service Manager calls each lead to welcome them to our home buying service and determines the quality of each lead.  After this initial screening, our lender determines if the prospect is financially able to buy a house.   A lead does not become a “Buyer” until they are pre-qualified.  Our Customer Service Manager then incubates each Buyer until they are ready to view homes.  You only work with Buyers who are lender pre-approved, motivated and able to view homes.

 

Our Buyer Specialists do No Cold Calling and only work with qualified Buyers.

 

Once there is a ratified contract, we have a Transaction Coordinator who takes the transaction from Contract to Close.  

 

Our Buyer Specialists spend their time working with qualified Buyers, not processing paperwork.

 

Your Commission is split 50/50 with the Bowden Group less 5% for administrative support.  The traditional Broker takes 30% to 60% of your Commission and provides you with little or no administrative support, training, or leads.

 

The advantage of being part of the Bowden Group versus going it alone is that we guarantee that you will close at least 12 transactions in 2010 with a dedicated support team.
